@Compadect123 why? what is there to practice? you get a wall bag and start punching, or you do punches in the air laying on the back, while walking wing chun style forward, backward, in a circle….. just be creative.

master wongs style doesnt involve a lot of chain punches, he doent like to use it to much as he views it as a big opening for the other person to attack/trade blow ,he focuses more on chain triple punches, but now and again he will do some chain punches, you will have to look up some of his old vids.
